Extra information regarding electronic Registered Voter Data Files

All service requests must be accompanied by a signed application and a copy of a driver’s license, state identification card or other ID approved by the Secretary of State. A wet signature is required on this form. It cannot be emailed or faxed. 

Please complete and sign the application and either deliver it in person to the Elections Office or by mail to 3715 Atherton Rd, Ste 2, Rocklin, CA 95765. Payment may be required prior to job completion. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Per Election Code, files can no longer be sent via email or delivered via CD/DVD. They will be delivered via Box.com.
